Mike, can we use your conference room to wrap up cemex case on Sunday? Popovich rooms are unavailable for some reason, maybe holiday weekend. I'm thinking meet at noon at your mall?

Started working on some CEMEX visuals/charts.  Let me know if you think we need some more visuals based on what you guys are working on.  We can talk about it tomorrow.

Visuals look great. I was just reading thru session 7 power point slides and we may need to re-frame our analysis based on "heptagon framework" and not the hexagon which we were using. See pages 20 thru 42 of the slide.

Good catch Mike,

After scanning Voigt's Syllabus under Session 7 he says "In this session we will also introduce the heptagon of global competitive advantage.  The framework focuses attention on different sources of global advantage: national differences, economies of scale, economies of scope, economies of replication, global learning, global flexibility, and government and non-market strategies."
