triplet to csc conversion

This might be a dumb question and chatgpt keeps on hallucinating about this, but I was checking the javadocs and I cannot seem to find a way to convert a DMatrixSparseTriplet into a DMatrixSparseCSC.

What it the correct way to do it?

The function that you're looking for should be in DConvertMatrixStruct
