How to implements the ejml library to my Visual Code project

Hello, I'm very new to Java and seem unable to import my ejml-v0.44.0-src folder into my Visual Studio project.

I've seen that I'm supposed to convert the file into a jar file and then a Java file?

Im not sure how or from where to do this.
Any help is apreciated!
