SimpleMatrix.

• First class support for complex matrices. 
• Better switching logic to concurrent algorithms. 
• ConstMatrix has now been added and only supports read-only ops
• Slightly expanded functional API
• Functions for extracting and setting columsn/rows.

General improvements 

• Consistent support for zero sized matrices.
• Explicit checking for illegal matrix dimensions
• Start of concurrency for complex matrix
