Possible solution for Mac users having troubles installing EFES

Dear all,

I hope this finds you all well!

This is just to let you know of a possible solution we found for Mac users having troubles installing and launching EFES. This -- of course -- after having checked all possible Java issues etc. They would launch the build.sh which would open for just a few seconds and then crash. 

The solution we found is the following: convert line ending from DOS to Unix using dos2unix on build.sh and sw/ant/bin/ant.
