EFES 2021-11 & EpiDoc 9.3 - Final Release

Dear EFES users,

I am pleased to inform you that, along with the release of EpiDoc version 9.3,  a new version of EFES has also been released, i.e. EFES v. 2021-11, aligned with EpiDoc 9.3.
