Minecraft Alts Generator Free

I recently bought minecraft java edition and tried to join my friends' server hosted on Minehut: trouble is, every time I try to join I get the error message "Failed to log in: your token from the paid generator has expired, please generate new one". This only happens when I try to join private servers, I can join other servers no problem, and even tried to create new servers with aternos and serverpro but am still unable to join. I am using vanilla minecraft with a paid account, no mods no nothing. Admittedly, I had been using an alt generator before I bought it but it is not longer in use. If you have a similar problem or a solution don't hesitate to reply.
