I just uninstalled avast via its own uninstaller and I realized there is some empty folders and registry record that it left. I tried to delete them with normal methods but I could'nt. so I re-installed avast and tried to delete any files that stored in avast folder and registry keys. but I still cant to modify or delete them. I searched in whole net to understand how can it possible but I can't find any basic answer that explain it. There is only way to delete it via its own uninstaller. and even it uninstalled still some registry and folders cant be deleted.

I would like to be able to quickly kill the process if I need to in an emergency. Google provided the following two links but I am not sure that I have a solution:

I have had Real Time turned off. So, I looked at your link. I have a paid subscription to Avast Premium. I also have a paid subscription for Malwarebytes Premium. The link you sent me to pretty much tells me and others that one can not run an antivirus and malwarebytes at the same time. Both cover different aspects of the web protection and such. So, one has to make a choice? Run a program for virus or run a program for Malware......one or the other. This is sad and it is sad there are conflicts that can not be ironed out.

I have windows 7 Ultimate x86 running in a Virtualbox 6.1.40 guest on a Windows 10 x64 21H1 host. The Windows 7 guest is connected to the internet through the hosts connection via the bog-standard bridged adaptor in VirtualBox.
