[Cat House News]

We are now home to two young Malayan tiger brothers named Jango and Raja from the Alexandria Zoo in Louisiana. They are available for adoption, no you don't get to take the cat home! You get an 8x10 color photo and your name displayed on the cat's enclosure. There is a monthly fee (6 month minimum commitment) to help pay the cat's food bill. Call 661.256.3332 between 10 am and 4 pm pacific time to ask who is currently available, or come visit them yourself. Jango is on display in Project Tiger every day.

This is a reminder we will be closed to the public on Saturday January 30 for a private memorial for our founder Joe Maynard, while everyone is invited Sunday the 31st to celebrate his life (during regular operating hours 10 am to 4 pm). A memorial fund has been established in his name, donations can be sent to EFBC/FCC at 3718 60th Street West, Rosamond CA 93560.  Joe dedicated his life to saving the endangered wild cats of the world. 

We are still raising money to replace our small public restroom with an improved facility.
