Feline Follies was another beautiful evening, raising awareness of the #SaveLACougars overpass project. Plan to join us next year on August 11.

Our last Twilight Tour of the year is in 2 weeks on Saturday September 16. Adults (18+ years) will get the opportunity to explore behind the scenes as the back areas are open. For $20 per person, prepaid guests can enter at 5 pm while people paying at the door will wait until 5:30 or when the prepaid line is gone. Bring cash for the bake sale, barbecue, and raffle!

Gift shops repairs are pretty much complete, so next project is our new restroom. We have purchased a modular bathroom trailer. We still need more funds to complete refurbishment and installation.

We had a record 7 interns this summer, which helped our zookeepers immensely! They have all gone back to school now so we really need more volunteers to help with cleaning and visitors. Read http://www.wildcatzoo.org/volunteer.html for more information.
