I
am from out-station . When should i book my travel
to chennai ? |
We would recommend arriving
by Friday evening and leaving on Monday morning. But
if you are tight on time, please plan to arrive in
Chennai by Saturday morning and book your outbound
departures by train or flight late night (after 7pm)
on sunday to allow local transport.
There are several local hotesls/lodges in varying
budgets in Mylapore and surrounding areas. |
Why is it not free
for farmers ? |
Most govt. organised training
maybe free but we dont receive any grants or funds
from government or aid agencies. The focus of the
workshop is also on starting a business and most
people who attend should see it as an investment .
The sessions are all hands-on, from 'practicing'
experts rather than an academic faculty, hence we
are sure the return on the time and money spent
would be far higher. |
What should we
prepare ahead ? |
Weather in chennai now is
rainy and humid. Please take light dresses ,
umbrealls, rain coats. We would be visiting places
which are 'muddy' so wear foot wear which is outdoor
freindly.
