Tere! Palume huvilisi teavitada võimalusest  osaleda veebipõhisel kursusel. Tänud! Septembrikuus on algamas veebipõhine kursus:
Basis for the success of textbooks (WebCT course via Internet)

Course instructors: Prof. Jaan Mikk, Prof. Anthony Haynes
Course language: English
Certificate award: University Diploma, University of Tartu
Outline:The course will help editors and authors to:
-compose effective textbooks and other study aids,
-write easily understandable text,
-form the values of students appropriately via textbooks,
-evaluate the quality of manuscripts,
-understand how to propose text book projects to publishers and how publishers make publishing decisions.
The course will help you in composing efficient textbooks. For example, the skilful use of the elements for motivating students may raise the level of acquisition of the material by 30%.
Number of credits: 6 ECTS
Participation fee: 240 EUR (3700 krooni)
Organisation:  The course will be delivered from September 21,  till December 12, 2009.
