Is Eelam economically viable?

Jo Jo Ba - what is it?

-- produced for oil, that stands up to 300C and it is expensive oil
( I do not know the market price)
-- grows in areas of less than 5" of annual rainfall
-- Yields after 3 years and up to 100 years
-- USA grows in about 40000 acres of land
-- a test was done by Sri Lanka but abandoned, only because this was
successful in EELAM.

For more please see the powerpoint named jojoba.ppt

Yes, Eelam is economically viable and you have to believe in it.
