Dear Placement Coordinators/Students

Good Morning, this has reference to M/s. Larsen  & Toubro  Limited, Corporate office, Powai, Mumbai,campus program  which is scheduled on 13th & 14th May 2014, please note the recruitment process schedule as follows.

Those eligible and interested students who had shared their names must attend the process without fail,  this is the last opportunity for core company visiting our institution for placement.

Please find attached the eligible and interested candidates list for your records.

Campus Date: 13th & 14th May 2014.

Venue : Mini Auditorium.

Starting time : 10.30AM ( Students must reach the venue latest by 10.20AM)

Note:  Candidate should not have more than 1 (One)ATKTs/Backlog during entire degree engineering course. All backlogs/ATKTs, live as well as cleared to be counted as the total no of ATKTs/Backlogs throughout the history of engineering for the purpose of eligibility.

Subject not cleared in the first attempt, paper (theory/practical) not appeared for in the regular semester, for any reason, will be treated as backlogs/ATKT, even if, subsequently cleared.

Find attached the data sheet,  students names marked in yellow are having ATKTs/Backlog more than 1(one) during entire degree from 1st semester till 7th semester are not permitted to attend the process as per the criteria.

Dress code: Formal for boys and girls.

Things to Carry: HB pencil, Eraser, Sharpener, Passport size Photograph, College I-Card, Up dated resume/CV, students certificate & mark sheets in original.

Things to avoid during Test Process: Pen, Mobile, Calculator

Request the placement coordinators to share this mail to your batch mates immediately. Ensure those names appearing in the list must attend the process without fail.

Students can avail the college bus routs to reach the campus.
