Good morning all,

The​ end​ of year performance appraisal for the 2016/2017 contracting year is due. 

The appraisal
​ ​
will be based on the 360-Degree feedback system. Please note the following;

  1. HODs/CODs/Heads of sections are required to reconstitute the departmental evaluation committees. The TORs of the committee are outlined in the appraisal guidelines document attached.
  2. HODs/CODs/Heads of sections should review their supervisees' progress on the performance contract and give feedback to them accordingly.
  3. The negotiated targets (performance contract) will account for 60% in the performance appraisal. Personal attributes will account for the remaining 40%.
  4. Completed tools (PC and 360-degrees) should be forwarded to HR clearly labelled "Semi-Annual" on or before Friday 21st July, 2017.
It is your personal duty to ensure that you are appraised every contracting year. Make arrangements with your supervisor to be appraised.
