Dear Sir/Madam,
Before coming to our regular Friday motivation,
At the outset I would like to thank one and all who gave their extreme support for the arrangements of Learning Day program held the day before.
Also I would like to thank everyone who gave their gracious presence and encouraged the guest to give his ever best performance.
Almost every participant gave their very positive feedback and most of them expressed the needful of the same in future.

Be A Genius in Human Relationship
They were a loving couple and the boy was the apple of their eye.
One morning, when the boy was around two years old, the husband saw a medicine bottle open.
He was late for his office so he asked his wife to cap the bottle and keep it in the cupboard.
The wife, preoccupied with work in the kitchen totally forget the matter.
The boy playfully went up to the medicine bottle and fascinated by its color, drank it all.
It happened to be a poisonous medicine meant for adults to be consumed in small doses.
When the child showed signs of poisoning the wife took him to the hospital, where he died.
The mother was stunned. She was terrified how to face her husband.
When the distraught husband came to the hospital and saw the dead child, he looked his wife and uttered just four words.

What is the implication of the story?
The husband just said, “I love you darling”.
The husband’s totally unexpected reaction is called proactive behavior.
He is indeed a genius in human relationships.
The child is dead. It can never come back to life.
There is no point in finding fault with the wife. She also has lost her only child.
What she needed at that moment was consolation and sympathy from here husband.
That is what he gave her. If everyone can look at life with this kind of perspective, there would be much fewer problems in the world.
