Thank you for including natural resources/agriculture at the table.  NRCS will be participating on the teleconference.  

 

Natural resources are the foundation of agriculture.  Since agriculture is South Dakota’s number one industry ($20.7 Billion) and one in six people work in agriculture, it is important that we help our youth to know and understand the 200+ science and technical careers related to agriculture.  They can work in professional positions to help keep South Dakota farmers and ranchers as stewards of the land while each of them produce food for 155 people.
