DOF game tonight

Hey all,

Just a heads up, nobody on my team has said they’ll be available for tonights game. I sent out the email yesterday morning, mostly no responses, but a few of my newer players aren’t as interested since our games keep getting cancelled. I tried explaining that it’s in the process of getting fixed. But I just wanted to let everyone know that since my current head count is one (me) it’s likely we’ll have to forfeit against Tsar Bomba. I’ll let everyone know for sure this afternoon.

I have the gear and will be at the 6:50 pm game to ump. Would anybody else be willing to ump the 8:50 pm game? I’ll switch times with you. Three hours is a long time to be on the field, especially if I’m not playing in the middle game.

I’ll see what the player turn out is for next week - maybe this is just a bad week - but if I’m regularly getting 0-2 players a week with no one else from the team umping, then DOF won’t be able to continue for summer. 

Do we know anything about the lights situation for tonight?

Alright, should someone send out an email to the whole list to ask people to arrive early / stay late so Tsar Bomba can have their two games? If possible, we'd still like to play I think.

Sorry to hear that. Normally I would be happy to switch with you and ump but I’m playing the 9pm game so I cannot.

I am supposed to ump the 8pm game. I will still plan to show up so if people would like to just play a scrimmage game during that hour. I can also contact my team to find out if anyone would like to play some extra softball.

What do you think?
