RSO Status

Hello Softball Captains,

I hope you are all managing as well as possible given the state of the world right now. I know it's been a while since you've heard from me, but I'd like to touch base regarding the league's RSO status for 2020-2021.

As you're aware, COVID-19 scuttled any hopes of playing softball this summer (and almost certainly fall). It is also my understanding that Levine-Fricke Field is slated to be renovated sometime soon. Despite these hurdles, it is still important to reregister the RSO so that we can maintain our group's active status/history, with the hope that the league can rebuild after this challenging stretch.

I've begun the process of submitting our registration renewal, however we still need a total of 4 signatories to complete the registration. The only real responsibility for the signatory "position" is completing the Signatory Training (on bcourses this year). If you think you'd be able to do that, I'd really appreciate it. Let me know and I'll send you more details. The signatory does not need to be a Captain, so if there's anyone on your team who you think might be able to do it, I'd love it if you could reach out to them and ask.

Good to hear from you. I am already a signatory for the IEOR student group so I would be happy to do so for softball too. I already filled out the form for my group and did the training. Let me know if I need to submit something else to make it active for the softball group as well.

Thanks, Ellis! I've put you down on the softball re-registration form, so I'd imagine that they'll send you an email with the instructions for what to do (it should just be completing the signatory form and completing the online course through bcourses).
