I have been interning with Berkeley City Councilmember Woziak, working
on the issue of energy efficiency in multiunit buildings. I am
gathering information, via an Energy Use Survey, to identify where
there is greatest room for increased energy efficiency in multiunit
buildings and what the City can do to support these improvements.

If you are a Berkeley resident living in a multiunit building, please
take this survey and forward it widely (there is also a survey for
landlords, if you know a Berkeley landlord and would like to forward
the Energy Efficiency for Multiunit Buildings Survey to him or her,
please let me know)

Energy Use Survey for Tenants:

Thank you for taking the time to complete this Energy Use Survey. The
City of Berkeley is working to increase energy efficiency in multiunit
housing, which makes up a large percent of Berkeley's housing stock.
By gathering information about energy use in the city, we will be able
to design and
implement improved energy efficiency programs. The benefits of energy
efficient housing include lower utilities bills, increased health and
comfort of residents, and decreased greenhouse gas emissions which
help Berkeley reach the Measure G emission reduction goals.

Thank you,

Please e-mail me with any questions.
