eea daviz 9.1 - faceted widgets / filters - lists not loaded

Filter values under each of the faceted widgets only load after a search query is typed.

This malfunction appears to affect lists only.

Date ranges, for instance, load just fine.

Tested on up-to-date versions of Chrome and Safari on OS X 10.10.
