Job scope includes software analysis, software design, code implementation, software integration, module verification and validation
Responsible for the quality and on¬time delivery of work¬products throughout the software development lifecycles
· Architect, design, develop and maintain in-house manufacturing and engineering software solutions
· Analyze customers’ business needs, research and implement new technology/methodology/process to drive continuous performance and quality improvement of manufacturing and engineering software solutions
· Benchmark in-house software products with industry standards/practices and propose recommendations to influence engineering productivity and software innovations
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
1. Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Electronic/Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years (for Senior position) of related experience.
2. Strong working knowledge of C++, object-oriented programming, Perl, TCL, FPGA or basic digital logic concepts / EDA tools / basic Verilog.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Self-motivated and proactive with strong sense of ownership and urgency.
5. Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
