Edx Open on Google Cloud Compute and Bitnami

Hi guys, 

I am a newbie to Open Edx and after setting up bitnami instance of Edx i am trying to open the admin (edX studio site from console). The site doesnt open instead i get the following error int he browser. 

This site can’t be reached

104.xxx.xx.xxx refused to connect.

Are there any preconfigurations required after launching the VM instance? 

When i open the LMS site it works fine but after loggin in as user, when i try to click on edit in studio tab i face the same problem again.

The question isn't clear.

If you have an error like `refused to connect` it means you have to open the port for your cms, which is port 18010 by default.
