Hello guys

I'm trying to clone the stanford theme on my eucalyptus2 local virtual machine, but im having some ikssues when i try to reprovision the server, i'm getting the following isue:

TASK: [edxapp | checkout edx-platform repo into {{ edxapp_code_dir }}] ********
failed: [localhost] => {"failed": true}
msg: Local modifications exist in repository (force=no).

can you help me please guys?

I'm using this documentation: http://www.dangtrinh.com/2014/03/edx-platform-using-standford-them-for.html

Hi Nicolas,

That error is telling you that you've made changes to your local copy of edx-platform. This might be a deliberate change that you made (maybe related to Stanford theming), or it could be that you ran a script that makes modifications (the most likely one of these would be if you downloaded new translations). If you don't have any changes that you need to preserve, you can cd into the edx-platform directory and revert the changes before reprovisioning. I think it is possible to pass force=yes to the script too, but I don't know that for sure as I've never used it.

I hope this helps.
