Email error Open Edx Reset password

Hi, i am new on Open Edx, and i have a instance on aws by bitnami, i followed this steps:

But when i reset a password i get this error:

POST http://*******.amazonaws.com/ 500 (INTERNAL SERVER ERROR)

And when i create a account on LMS, emails confirmation is not send.

Please help me!!

If you get an internal server error, you'll need to check the application logs to see what failed and how to fix it. I believe the file you want is /edx/var/log/lms/edx.log, although I could be wrong.
