How can I resend activation email

Is there anyway to resend the activation email? From the backend shell?

If the user tries to log in, but his/her account was not activated, another activation email will be fired.

Or are you looking for a way for an admin to fire off an activation email. If so, I'm not sure we have that feature in the codebase right now.
