Non Existent course showing up

Hi 

We are running the Fullstack Ficus release. We used to have 43 courses loaded, afterwhich we deleted all courses.

On the "Explore Courses" page there is still a course showing, see here:

https://openedx.ctutraining.com/courses

When clicking on it, it gives a 404 error. Any suggestion how to remove this course?
