Public Course Content: in Ironwood

Hello!

Just wanted to let people know that we've enhanced Public Course Content feature, and these improvements are in Ironwood! 

These improvements give course authors the option to make a course outline, specific course units, or all course content available to anyone, regardless of whether they have registered for an Open edX account or enrolled in the course.

There's still a lot of work to do, and we're specifically looking for feedback on the feature.
