edX PPA Key Expiration

Hey All,

The edX PPA key expired last week and we pushed an updated expiration to the keyserver.  If you see issues with apt related ansible failing for whatever reason you can run:

`sudo apt-key del 69464050`

This should remove the key and on the next ansible run the new key will get pulled down.

@here My suggestion is to use this to pull latest key.

sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 69464050
