Possible to hide 'Order History' in case e-Commerce is not being used?

Hi,
We do not have paid courses and hence do not wish to enable e-Commerce. On Account Settings page, there is 'Order History' option for all logged in users. Similarly there is an option related to Third Party Authorization called 'Linked Accounts' in the same Account Settings page. We would like to disable this as well since we are not using TPA.

So is there a way to hide any or both of these options through configuration settings? Or is code change needed for the same?
