adding repo info to wiki page listing openedx sites

Hi all,

We realized the other day that we don't know where the github repos are for many of the openedx instances. There's already a wiki page listing instances:

https://github.com/edx/edx-platform/wiki/Sites-powered-by-Open-edX

We added a link to our repo there, so others can have a look if they want. Would others be game to link to theirs as well? Eventually we could list some information about features that may be different in particular instances, but we haven't done that for ours yet.
