AWS - CloudFormation - Problem setting up servers

Hello,

I've been try to setup the edx stack on AWS using the cloud formation templates and I keep getting the following error on the RabbitMQServerWaitCondition resource:

WaitCondition timed out. Received 0 conditions when expecting 1

once this happens, aws rolls back the stack. I've tried increasing the "Timeout" for all wait conditions to 3600 but I'm still seeing the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I got it to finall work but hacked around the cloud formation template (edx-reference-architecture) and removed all the WaitHandles and Condition. Obviously this wasn't an optimal solution, if anyone has encountered this please let me know.
