Implementing "Editor" and "Settings" in an XBlock?

Hi,

Currently I am looking to implement an XML editor for an XBlock, following existing implementations such as that found in the Blank Common Problem (please see attached). I would like to replicate this functionality--specifically including the ability to toggle between "Settings" and "Editor".

I found

which seems to contain "Editor" and "Settings" links, and

https://github.com/edx/edx-platform/blob/master/cms/templates/widgets/problem-edit.html

https://github.com/edx/edx-platform/blob/master/common/lib/xmodule/xmodule/js/src/problem/edit.js

which seem to contain XML functionality.
