Let's Encrypt playbook

Hi all,

We've been working on a playbook to enable a Let's Encrypt-driven playbook to deploy an SSL certificate to an OpenEdX server. Unfortunately, we've found that the work we've been doing doesn't fit our use case, so we've had to stop work on it. We do think it's the right path for many users, so if someone else wants to pick it up and drive it across the finish line, they'd be very welcome.
