Problem with saving Configuration file after changes in Openedx OpenEdX

Good day.

I am new to  Openedx deployment and I am just following the guide on this from Bitnami.

I am trying to configure the e-mail bit of this file following the guide: Bitnami Open edX for Google Cloud Platform.

I made the changes in the configuration file "cms.env.json" and then it will not save. I got this error message.

"cms.env.json" E212: Can't open file for writing

Could you kindly help me, how can I get my changes saved without this error
