Manually change a grade in openedX

I know it has been discussed some, but I'm not sure of the priority or status of this request.  I use openedX to run some of my courses.  The enrollments are limited, approximately 40-60 students.  I frequently assign problems that require manual grading and reviewing codes in multiple languages.  I find no mechanism to create a homework assignment that I can assign weights and grades manually.  Further, those that use the automated openedX question process cannot be altered upon discussing the situation with a student.  I fully understand that for MOOCs that option might not be realistic.  However, for individual applications using the LMS, it is needed.  As a consequence, I need to have the students use both Blackboard and openedX.

you can find useful this: https://github.com/mitodl/edx-sga with this xblock you allow students to submit homework, you can review this and set manually grades per student or if you have any comment to homework can send a reviewed homework to student.
