I understand you are frustrated, and I'm sorry you are having these difficulties.  But repeatedly posting to the wrong list isn't going to get you the help you need.  We have a policy about the proper use of the mailing list: https://open.edx.org/resources/e-mail-lists  Please use the lists appropriately.  Notice that getting banned from lists is a possibility.
