Rescore related options not visible in Ficus.4 on clicking 'Staff Debug Info' after restoring mongo

Hi,
I have restored mongo data on a Ficus.4 installation.
In a course having multiple choice question, on click of 'Staff Debug Info', I was expecting to see these links : 'Rescore learner's state', 'Rescore Only If Score Improves', 'Delete Learner's State' and 'Rescore Learner's Submission'. Of these, only 'Delete Learner's State' is visible. The other 3 links are missing.
What could be the reason?

This is now resolved. It seems to be a feature related to user role. The option is visible to Admin user but not to staff.
