OFFLINE PAYMENT option

is there an option to show  a message for offline payments?

I mean you can have

-Paypal
-Credit card
-Instructions for offline payment


this is not for EEUU,

 the user will see the steps to do the wire transfer
or to pay by phone
or any other offline payment.

Is that possible?

Offline payments probably require a link to their own html page stating how to do them on the payment options html and bulk enrollment API after payment has been made as you said. 

We don't have the ecommerce section setup so I am of little help in this area.
