Build Error while compiling the theme

Hello All. I was applying theme to my open edx on AWS instance. I was trying to change gray background LMS (behind Text "Welcome To EdxPlatform"). On group only I found the post on how to change this color with image. When i did those changes, I don't know what happened but while compiling the theme I am getting below error:

OSError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/edx/var/edxapp/staticfiles/css/lms-learner-dashboard.css'

this file is there in Css in that folder where I changed other files. But i did not change this file. I tried giving different permissions to this file but issue is not solved.

It is giving Build Error so i think my any other changes are not able to apply. Please suggest any way out.
