Gamification with Opensource software

Hello fellow users,

I would like to know what the latest technologies available were for the following :

1- Integrating "gamification", assigning points and awarding badges for various achievements such as : Course completion, useful feedback and discussion posts. Also levels, Leaderboards and challenges.

2- Compatibility with open source programs like "Mahara" or "Elgg" or others, to be able to add the social network component in openedx, in order to have each participant set up their own "wall" displaying the results of gamification, with the possibility to insert images and comments on publications, and also create groups, and private team chatbox.
