New initialize required for latest Forums (master).

For a fresh install of Forums from master (not Ficus), the ElasticSearch index must first be initialized.

We are currently working to get this step automated as part of other scripts.  In the meantime, if you have a fresh install and see the following error:

FATAL -- elasticsearch: [404] {"error":"IndexMissingException[[content] missing]","status":404}

You need to first run "bin/rake search:initialize" as detailed in the README.
