Deprecation/Removal: Old-style Enterprise Catalogs <DEPR-37>

Hi there,

We plan to deprecate and remove Old-style Enterprise Catalogs, where an Enterprise Customer object could reference a Catalog object in the Discovery Service. We are targeting removal after 2019-05-31.
