Hey,
Nowadays we are working on a new MOOC.
We would like to give our learners the opportunity to take this course via the edX app, and so we're adjusting our course for mobile use. However, we've already encountered a few problems and would like your advice:
1. We used an external LTI component called "Code-board" for grading Python assignments. This component, though, is not supported by the app.
Are you familiar with similar tools which can be also used on mobile?
2. We have many raw HTML components in our courses, most of them include only CSS or JS links. In the edX app, those appear as empty component. When it's possible, we add the links to a different component that has visible content in it, but usually we don't have that option. Is there a way to hide a component only when viewing the course via the app?
3. We'd like to receive guidelines for mobile-first course development and design.
Thanks,
Omri
