Openedx mobile webview cookie url cannot get sessionId

When loading course section xblock link  http://domain/xblock/block-v1:MIT+TEST_01+2019_TEST001+type@vertical+block@9fcf9cdcaa134d22bfd928436bc19cda from mobile, mobile's webview check session cookies. So mobile call session cookies with the link http://domain/oauth2/login , always respond error 401 not authorize error.

Please answer for me.
