Error while uploading badges "could not validate linked resources" on Mozilla backpack.

Hi, 

I am getting error "could not validate linked resources" while uploading an openbadge on Mozilla backpack. The badge is generated for user on course completion event. I am on latest release branch ( commit id: 5cb5002c150d5ad7f8f749d5bd58a8fa3728111d (origin/openedx/release/release-2016-10-25) ). I have downloaded the badge from  generated certificate and trying to upload on Mozilla backpack.

The bager server is setup as per https://github.com/concentricsky/badgr-server and http://edx.readthedocs.io/projects/edx-installing-configuring-and-running/en/latest/configuration/enable_badging.html.

All urls in above meta JSON are accessible , except the evidence , which redirects me to login page of LMS site.

Not getting any other information from Mozilla backpack side in response apart from error message.

I have tested again and seems that evidence url is working without any active session , able to see certificate (not able to understand why it redirects to login page in some cases) but the error at backpack side still persists.
