enable course elements in sequence

Hi,
Is it possible to make a course flow in edx in the way that elements are enables in sequence?
ex: if I have a course that contain three units: Unit 1, Unit 2 and Unit 3, so Unit 2 and Unit 3 are disabled by default, and should be enabled if the previous Unit is completed (or partially completed).
Any clue how to make (or develop) this flow?
