Installing the edX Developer Stack (ubuntu)

followed all command as per doc ..

 Installed virtual box = 4.2.12

 Installed  Vagrant = 1.3.4

mkdir devstack
cd devstack
curl https://raw.github.com/edx/configuration/master/vagrant/release/devstack/Vagrantfile > Vagrantfile
vagrant up

box successfully added 
vagrant ssh

sudo su edxapp

all these are successfull 

but as i run this command

pip install -r requirements/edx/base.txt 


   could not find base.txt ???????
