Public Jenkins Xenial upgrade complete

Hello all,     

     

The upgrade of the public Jenkins instance to Ubuntu 16.04 (Xenial) is now complete. This includes an update to Firefox (now v.45) and to Chrome (now v.55).

     

In order to upgrade the browsers, a few flaky conditions had to be dealt with. To avoid these, make sure to cherry-pick the following commits into any existing PRs:

A flaky condition in JS tests, which had previously disappeared, has reappeared and causes some builds to fail. Please see TNL-6195 for reference.
