Completions Tool (set up)

Hi everyone, 

i am seting up the completion tool following this manual:

After all, the tool is not working.

This is my log (/edx/var/log/cms):

Jul 13 20:20:43 edx-ehl-dogwood3 [service_variant=cms][contentstore.views.component][env:sandbox] WARNING [edx-ehl-dogwood3  3363] [component.py:290] - Advanced component done does not exist. It will not be added to the Studio new component menu.

Someone activate this tool before?

Some help i will apreciate.
